Full Body HIIT Workout (Power Band)

Try out this Full Body HIIT Circuit if you want to burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time. If you hate running and cardio, this HIIT Circuit can replace going on run. Superset all movements and work at maximum effort on each rep.

Incorporating compound movements into your training regime is wise if you're someone who doesn't have a lot of time to workout. By hitting two exercises simultaneously, you can perform both exercises longer without the muscles tiring out. All of my workouts contain compound movements, as I'm not able to run as much as I used to due to my bad knees.
