1. Monster walks (get those hips activated)
2. Banded RDL x 20
3. Single arm shoulder press x 12 ew
4. Banded face pulls x 15
5. Alternating leg raise x 10 ew
6. Mountain climbers x 30 seconds
7. Slam a dunk if you can 😉
