Check out founder Will Powell's Full Body Resistance Band Workout performed in Mexico City, Mexico with the an incredible mural of Kobe Bryant in the background. A perfect example of how with RE-MOVE Resistance bands, you can train anywhere, anytime! 

3 rounds, superset everything, 90 seconds between rounds.
1. Monster walks (get those hips activated)
2. Banded RDL x 20
3. Single arm shoulder press x 12 ew
4. Banded face pulls x 15
5. Alternating leg raise x 10 ew
6. Mountain climbers x 30 seconds
7. Slam a dunk if you can 😉
